1. Population and dissenters: Sixty eight Souls, – Dissenters none.

2. Public or charity schools: Charity Schools none.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: Alms House none.

4. Residence upon cure: I reside personally on my Cure & in my Parsonage House.

5. Curate: I have a Curate his Name Robert Dodge A.B. duly qualified his allowance is 25 pounds per annum.

6. Divine service at other churches: No.

7. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Lord’s Day, with a sermon each part of ye Day.

8. Frequency of communion: Four times.

9. Number of communicants: About forty Communicants. About Eight usually receive.

10. Catechising of children: As often as my Health will permit.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No Chapels.
